この製品は、オールドアメリカンスタイルのデニムジャケットのデザインをベースに、サムライジーンズによってタウンユース用にアレンジされたGジャンです。クラシックなスタイルを保ちつつも、サムライジーンズオリジナルの15ozのざらつき感のあるデニム生地を使用して、サムライジーンズならではディテール、現代的なシルエット・縫製を取り入れ、カジュアルのテイストをプラスした街着として洗練されたファッショナブルなデザインに改良・再構築されています。

素材は綿100%の男気15oz刀耳セルビッチデニムです。効率よく生産される現代の均一で綺麗なデニムでは表現できない、ビンテージデニムのような独特なザラツキや糸のムラ感、ネップ感、武骨で荒々しさが残るデニムです。フロント前立ての裏側(見返し側)と左胸ポケット内側にオフ白×銀色のセルビッジが配されています。

また、この製品にはウォッシュ加工がかけられています。そのため、生地には程よいオールド感とヴィンテージ感が生まれ、クラシックな印象を与えるジージャンに仕上げられています。また、ワンウォッシュ済みですでに生地の縮みが発生しているので、洗濯後の縮みが少なくサイズ感が安定しているのも利点のひとつです。着用と洗濯を繰り返すごとに生地が馴染み、風合いが増し、美しい経年変化も楽しめます。

裏地の付いていない単衣ものライトアウターで、春先から秋口まで軽く羽織れ、年間を通して、幅広く着用できるアイテムです。

フロントは5つボタンによる開閉式です。ボタンにはサムライジーンズオリジナルの鉄製日の出ボタンが使用されています。(※ボタンは鉄製ですので経年変化により錆が出ます。早い段階で錆が出る場合もございますが、鉄製ボタンの持つ一つの個性･味としてご理解下さい)

ポケット数は3つです。左胸にボタン留めフラップポケットx1、ジャケット下部にハンドポケットx2が設けられています。ハンドポケット内には諸行無常スレーキが使用されています。

袖口はリベット補強カフスリット(スリーブプラケット)付きの1つボタン(シングルボタン)留めカフス仕様です。

腰の両サイドには絞り調整用のボタン留めのアジャスターが付けられています。

フロントのボックスステッチ留めダブルアクションプリーツ、背中のヨーク下に配されたバックアクションプリーツで運動性も考慮されています。

内側首元にはレザーパッチが配されています。デニム同様に経年変化を楽しめる革パッチです。

Part of the Samurai Jeans collection, it is made from 15-ounce rugged and neppy Japanese selvedge denim. The design of the jacket is inspired by classic vintage denim jackets, offering a timeless look. This updated version is based on classic styles but incorporates Samurai Jeans' unique modern interpretation and approach. While maintaining a timeless and classic design, it has been redesigned to offer a more modern casual style and fit, tailored for fashion purposes. This is made from 100% cotton, unlined, single-ply, 15 oz medium-weight Japanese selvage denim in a deep blue indigo color, which has a rugged texture reminiscent of vintage denim, complete with a neppy and hairy quality for an authentic feel. Additionally, this jacket is pre-washed (one-washed) in the finishing process to give it a vintage appearance and minimize shrinkage. Fabric Type : Made from 100% cotton, unlined, single-ply, 15 oz medium-weight Japanese selvage denim in a deep blue indigo color, which has a rugged texture reminiscent of vintage denim, complete with a neppy and hairy quality for an authentic feel. And this denim has a more slubby and neppy texture like the vintage workwear than any other normal denim woven by contemporary industrial looms. Selvedge details can be seen along the interior placket and inside of pocket. Additionally, this jacket is pre-washed (one-washed) in the finishing process to give it a vintage appearance and minimize shrinkage. Pre washed, minimal shrinkage. And the fabric will also develop a comfortable feeling and continue to get softer and cozier through repeated wear. And the more you wear, the more fabric will fade beautifully.
